Our story began when Dede moved to Charleston in 1990 and earned her real estate license. After relocating from Savannah in the aftermath of Hurricane Hugo and building two spec homes, she recognized her calling and committed fully to a career in real estate, which offers a natural alignment with her love of hospitality and a heart to serve others. 

When daughter B.V. returned to Charleston after college to join Blackbaud, the two unexpectedly discovered how seamlessly they worked together when planning B.V.'s wedding. As Dede’s business gained momentum, the opportunity for thoughtful expansion emerged, and B.V. left the corporate world in 2004 to partner with her. Over the next twenty years, they refined a sophisticated, client-focused system that would become the foundation of their team’s reputation.

In 2021, Sarah Gipe Yandle elevated the partnership further, bringing 15 years of real estate experience that began in Atlanta and a lifelong connection to Charleston. Having grown up here and having worked alongside her father, respected local Realtor Timm Gipe, Sarah offers a deep understanding of the market and an unwavering commitment to exceptional client care.

In late 2025, Jennifer Davidson joined the team, adding another dimension of expertise and local knowledge. As a Real Estate Advisor, Jennifer combines more than 25 years of corporate sales experience with a passion for homes, design, and community. A longtime resident of Mount Pleasant, she offers both deep community ties and extensive knowledge of the Charleston market, with particular expertise in Mount Pleasant and the surrounding island communities - Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, Daniel Island, and historic Downtown Charleston.
