About Brooke

Originally from Greenwood, SC, Brooke Goldman has always been a self-starter. She hit the ground running by entering Lander University at just 16 years old, putting herself through school to earn a BA in Mass Communications and Theater. This early drive took her to Atlanta, where she pursued a career in acting—highlighted by a standout role in an independent film submitted to the prestigious Sundance Film Festival.

In 2007, Brooke relocated to Charleston and discovered her true calling in real estate. After getting her start at a boutique downtown firm, she joined Carolina One Real Estate in 2012. Her journey through various roles within the company has given her a 360-degree view of the industry, leading her to her current position as a dedicated agent on the high-performing Dede & B.V. Team.

For Brooke, real estate is about more than just transactions; it’s about inclusivity and a deep-seated drive to serve others. This passion for the community extends far beyond the office. She is a devoted volunteer for local organizations, including Reading Partners South Carolina, Lowcountry Orphan Relief, Fields to Families, and Bridge North Charleston.

Whether she’s navigating a complex closing or giving back to her neighbors, Brooke brings a unique blend of communication expertise, creative problem-solving, and a heart for service to everything she does.
