About B.V.

B.V. (stands for Buena Vista) joined her mother Dede Warren in real estate in 2004. She manages their team of 5 and specializes in luxury listings. She has an extensive portfolio of rental properties and a passion for turning her buyers into investors by convincing them to keep their starter homes as rentals for retirement income. She is well versed in historic downtown properties and bidding renovation projects. B.V. grew up in Mt. Pleasant and now lives downtown with her daughter Wren.  B.V. serves her community as a Board member for Dee Norton Child Advocacy Center, Past President of the Rotary Club of Mt. Pleasant, Reading Partners, and as a sustaining member and past Executive Director of the Junior League of Charleston.
