B.V. (stands for Buena Vista) joined her mother Dede Warren in real estate in 2004. She manages their team of 5 and specializes in luxury listings. She has an extensive portfolio of rental properties and a passion for turning her buyers into investors by convincing them to keep their starter homes as rentals for retirement income. She is well versed in historic downtown properties and bidding renovation projects. B.V. grew up in Mt. Pleasant and married Wando High classmate Daniel Messervy. They live downtown near Colonial Lake with their daughter, Wren, and attend Seacoast Church. B.V. serves her community through Junior League, Rotary Club of Mt. Pleasant, and Reading Partners.
