Vanessa is a true native and 4th generation Charlestonian. She grew up on Johns Island and attended First Baptist downtown. She and her husband, Tim, live on James Island with their daughter and golden retriever. Vanessa handles the team’s Summerville business. She purchased her first home there in 2013 and remains involved in the community and committed to keeping tabs on its growth and development. Vanessa holds her Senior Real Estate Specialist designation and is specifically trained to aid the team’s senior clients. She worked exclusively for a national investor on volume purchases and nerds out over the numbers analyzing investment properties. Vanessa gives back through active involvement and leadership with the Junior League of Charleston and Trident United Way.
