When B.V. joined mom Dede in 2004, she brought a corporate approach that grew their partnership into the team she now leads. B.V. (stands for Buena Vista) is highly skilled at project management - both preparing homes for market and creating budgeted scopes of work for buyers looking to renovate. She has a passion for real estate investing and manages a rental portfolio of 17 properties, including a lake house on Lake Keowee. She loves turning first-time buyers into investors by convincing them to keep their starter homes as rentals. She grew up in Mt. Pleasant and returned home after attending University of South Carolina where she majored in Communications and studied in Alicante, Spain. She married Wando High School classmate, Daniel, and they live downtown with their daughter, Wren.
