Mill Street Tavern

The Chef at Crave has brought his talents to this remodeled old mill on Shem Creek. It’s situated next to the Shem Creek Bar and Grill and has ample parking compared to other restaurants on the creek. It has an eclectic atmosphere with many artifacts from Europe on display, as well as gorgeous views of Shem Creek and the Ravenel Bridge.

Everyone can enjoy this spot on historic Shem Creek including indoor dining options for your gathering or rooftop deck views of the picturesque setting!

The food was delicious. My scallops were perfection and others enjoyed pulled pork, beef brisket and a generous rice bowl. Chef Landen Ganstrom’s famous mac and cheese is on the menu also. We tried all the desserts and they were fabulous. Peach crunch, chocolate mousse cake, old fashioned strawberry shortcake and a tasty pecan pie.

The crown jewel of this new restaurant is the space on the roof that just opened up. Great spot for happy hour with fabulous views. It’s a much quieter, tranquil scene on this side of the creek.
