How can we find out about properties before they hit MLS? How much cash do I need? We will provide valuable advice on offer strategies and areas of town you may not have considered.

3. Meet with a local lender who will provide you with an estimate of closing costs, interest rate, and your monthly payment to establish your price point. We have a list of favorites we can share.
